Carefully study the profiles of Specialists, reviews and examples of work performed. See if the e-mail, phone and other documents of the Specialist are verified, if there are badges and awards in the Specialist's profile. Read other recommendations and reviews.

How to know the price of the service I have chosen?

Customer can set his own price according to his/her budget when creating a request for quotation form or later discuss the price directly with selected specialists. If you do not know the exact amount of work required and their cost, indicate the approximate budget that you are counting on. Try to describe the task in as much detail as possible, this will help you get offers from suitable Specialists faster.

How much should I pay for the platform service?

Using the Best4Home Platform is free-of-charge for the customers and specialists. Specialists pay only if they subscribe to any of the services for the selected time period. Specialists can subscribe for the period of the 10 days, 20 days, 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year and pay accordingly for the chosen period of subscription.

What is the waiting time for an offer from a Professional?

Usually the first offers are received within the first hours after the publication of the assignment or request.

Can I refuse an order? What penalties should I pay if I want to cancel the order?

Customer may cancel a Request without penalty or with a prior declared certain amount of penalty as set out in Best4Home Terms and Conditions or in additional amendments.

How many proposals can I get from Professionals?

Customer can receive several proposals from Professionals on his/her quote request and choose the best option from them. Than Customer can contact the selected Specialist by phone, e-mail or other means and make an appointment or make a deal with him/her.
